| Welcome to the exercise journal. Here you can tell us what your goals are and tell us how it's working out. Do you want to go to the gym three times a week? Then tell us when you've been to the gym! Want to do a 100 situps every morning before work? Then go ahead and do that! Couldn't make it one day for some reason? Let us know and we will tell you that it's okay, just do it next time and don't stop!
I can start off by telling you about my goal. My goal is to get more daily exercise, at least the recommended 10,000 steps every day and I will try and use my app to prove it. Sometimes I forget to activate it which is frustrating, but I'm not going to lie and say I did something I didn't. I will do my best to post daily.

| Great idea I need to add more activity to my life too! I have quite a bit of weight to shift and I want to get fit. I am single so I need to do something to improve my chances. haha! My goal I have a fitbit one which tracks my steps/distance etc. So I think I will go with the 10,000 steps a day goal too. Now I just have to remember to wear the thing! I can post a screenshot after each day from my fitbit account to see how the day went | |

| Thanks It was a small market in town today that I checked out, so it got a bit more than usual. Ohh, good luck with the fitbit. Looking forwards to see it | |

| This is an awesome idea! My exercise goals are a bit closer to get my middle splits to the ground, learn to do back flips, be able to actually complete a straddle beat (it's an aerialist thing), and get my free-standing handstand. This is because I'm trying to be able to be able to perform as an acrobat and aerialist. I will let you know after I've been to the gym, gone to a workshop, or even worked on my flexibility at home. | |

| Ok, my 1st day.. only just made the 10,000 steps. lol My stats are from my fitbit dashboard and show the steps, then the very active minutes, then the distance covered and the last one is how much sleep I got last night I didn't walk all of these steps in the 61 minutes I am pretty slow at walking actually, I blame my short legs Speed is one thing that my fitbit doesn't seem to tell me, but I am ok with that, for now anyway. | |

| Well done! Oh, you're also using the metric system. Nice, I understand that one | |

| Thanks Well done to you too! You have done more steps each of the 3 days you have posted so far than I managed to do today! Definitely going to try get more done, and see the 10,000 as a minimum rather than the goal I think. I do tend to use the metric system, I just got into the habit of posting things in the imperial measurements online because it was mostly UK groups that I posted in and thats what most people used. I prefer metric, it makes a lot more sense! hehe | |

| Haha, I agree about the metric thing And yeah, 10,000 is good to have in mind as a minimum. Usually I only go to work, back home and maybe the store, so it's always a few steps missing. I'm just thinking about this winter if we get a lot of snow. It's hard to walk then. | |

| I got about an hour of swimming in today and that was all. Ended up spending most of the day running around doing things. Got portraits of the girls done and such. I tell you what though swimming made my body ache. | |

| Running around and doing errands is some good daily exercise too, so I would say that counts! That with an hour of swimming is really good, so well done I hope you're feeling better and that the aches aren't too bad. | |

| Nice job on all the walking!
I ended up just doing more swimming today since it's the last day the pool will be open. We were there for like over 2hrs so I guess I got some exercise in there. I have a lot of stuff to do tonight so I don't think I'll get much else in today. I need to crack down on some schoolwork until I go to bed.

| Aww. Is it an outside pool that's closed for the season now? I managed to reach the goal today as well, but to be fair some of those steps are biking. Not all of it, but some. I guess biking counts as exercise too tough. | |

| Housework and such - yea I count that as exercise Biking - most definitely exercise! (I am useless on bikes, lol) Ayalla, your high number steps are putting me to shame, hehe. Well done Monday 1st Sept 2014 stats Tuesday 2nd Sept 2014 stats Last 2 days haven't been great, I got some steps in just not enough. Today is gonna be way worse - I have barely moved, no kidding. There is a very cute reason though! Lacy & Ella - 10 week old kittens. Adopted them yesterday | |

| My work out for the night. 5 min warm up walk 20 minutes of interval training. Going back and forth between jogging and walking. And then at the end I straight up ran for 30 seconds, which is a lot for me lol. I then stretched out for a good 5-10 minutes. | |

| Checking in. I just got home from an hour aerial conditioning followed by an hour of flexibility. My triceps and abs are tired.
Tomorrow, I start back flips.
Everyone seems to be doing a good job.
