I was an idiot today and forgot that I still had my app set for biking all the way to work which I of course saw first when I going to pause it, so I'm missing ~4300 steps there.

Delayed check in from yesterday. Friday included aerial conditioning and flexibility, with me doing my 100 jumps between the two hours of work.

You're all working hard! I'm feeling quite guilty here now ^^

I probably would have reached those 10,000 steps if I had remembered to activate the app the entire way. Which I, of course, didn't.

Once again I'm stupid and forgot to activate it on my way to work. So, yeah. Add ~4,300 steps. I think I don't make it a habit to activate the app, I'm making it a habit to FORGET it.

Got my hands on the ground walking down a wall into my back bend during flexibility today. It was the first time I've been able to do that.

Lots of ab work in handstands today. If my abs aren't sore tomorrow, I need to do more ab work.

Last night I did some open gym work, and today was aerial conditioning followed by flexibility. My abs and triceps definitely hurt.

Tomorrow, no-hand cartwheels!

When you do these walks is it like over the course of the day or do you walk for that long at a time? I don't think I could walk for 3hrs straight just doing walking x.x

Nice calorie burn. You're doing awesome.

It's over a whole day, these steps. I usually pause the app when I'm sitting down, like when I'm at work, but sometimes - like tonight - I forget it. I'm not sure how long I can keep it up. It's starting to get really cold now. The kind of cold so the only way to keep slightly warm is to dress up so much that you can barely move. I will try and walk as long as I can though.

Flexibility was fun tonight. Handstands had so few people, that it was like a semi-private lesson. I got a very individualized workout, focused more on my stamina than anything else. I'm tired.

You're amazing Tara! You're working really hard Very Happy

Yesterday I spent most of the time in a car, so I only reached part of my goal, but today I did it. Soon, in a week or so, I can get back to the gym again too! Yay! Very Happy

That's awesome Smile We actually have a fitness center in our apartment complex but I have yet to use it. It's small but could be helpful. I've been trying to just get in little things here and there for now. I have been crazy busy for the last like week and a half. I have this little bike thing I use at home but I don't think it really does much. It's not like a full bike just the pedals so that you can pedal while sitting at a chair or something.

Did you do back flips now?

I've been neglecting this the last few days it seems. This weekend I've not been outside at all, except for yesterday when I had to go to the store. I'm worried I'm about to get sick. I've been mostly in bed or been too drained to do anything. Slight head aches have been distracting me as well.

I'm working on the right time to pull my knees up, as well as the speed of it, and trying to remember not to throw my head back, but, yes, I was doing back flips.

Next month, I'm doing six weeks of aerial ballet! And that's on top of my usual set of classes, and the fact I'll be making sure I keep what I've learned about back flips.

I'm impressed. I would be too scared to do what you do. I'd just worry about breaking my neck or turning myself into a knot Razz

I didn't manage to reach 10,000 steps today since I had to take the bike to work again today which I didn't record, but seeing as walking back and forth from work is usually around 8,200 steps, maybe biking that distance can make up for 2000 steps? Wink
