| Hi everyone my name is Dan, I love making music but I always feel like it's not good enough, I have a soundcloud (https://soundcloud.com/dkdiamondbeats) that I use but it's rare that I post, my old stuff including an album I did were never actually properly mixed or done right so I apologies (but it stops people nicking em doesn't it  ).
I make beats basically, I sometimes reproduce tracks for people for example I have produced a decent backing track for 'Stay High - (Habbits Remix)' and I generally enjoy messing around in DAW's.
My home set up is very basic I have a yamaha keyboard that I use for MIDI and I have a good PC and I actually bought a Maschine Mikro because I really wanted one, I love it btw, I am in the process of (as bad as this is) just getting an audio interface and monitors but tbf any work I did at home got transferred to a local studio that I can get into for nothing.
My personal favourite DAW is Reason however i'm stuck with 5 until I can afford to buy 7 and I do use Logic often in the studio.
My end goal for life is when I finish education (I am currently about to start 2nd year of 6th form) I want to produce music for a living (as apposed to make it although that would be sweet).
The reason I signed up for homeloaf is, I wanna learn about all sorts of genres and maybe make a bunch of em but mainly learn the mechanics of them.
I can't wait to be a good member on Homeloaf and do our community proud
