There was this car game on PS1 I liked when I was little and I miss it, but I can't for my life remember the title. What I do remember is that it was one of those games where you had a limited amount of tracks, but you raced to win money, bought cars and parts and upgraded the car and then you could increase the "level" of the opponents as you went along and if it was too hard you could go back to the easier ones to gain more money to continue upgrading. You could also create your own logo for the car with a painting tool which was similar to paint, but I think you could only draw it pixel by pixel, but I still thought it was cool that I could make my own. I also remember that I could choose the music for the tracks myself and my favorite track was one with female vocals.
Does anyone have any idea what it can be?
"Let's eat grandpa!"
"Let's eat, grandpa!"
