| Hi guys ! Just posted my last song, where I tried to mix an chilling atmosphere with saxophone, good vibes and chords. Well, I dropped it in a Glitch Up style at the end of it, so... | This is some great stuff, Icy! I love what you've done with the piano and percussion in the break at 0:56. What did you use for the saxophone? Is it a VST? In that case it's a really good one. It really sets the atmosphere.
When the kick fades in in the build it seems very overwhelming after a while. Love the glitchy part too, but maybe it's a bit too big in comparison with the rest of the track. Maybe you should keep it as it is at 4:00 throughout the track and bring in the 4:16 part at 4:00 instead? Just my $0.02.

| Thank you ! Well, the saxophone is real, recorded one of my friends. Are you talking about the first kick, in the intro, or the one during saxophone's part ? Btw you're probably right about the glitch drop, but I like to change styles during a song, trying to "travel" the listeners to a new thing. But yeah, sounds maybe too much heavy comparing to the rest of the track. Thanks for your advices ! And thanks to you Bromox, I'm so pleased to read this ! | |
