Starting September 6th, I'm going to be learning how to do a back flip and a hands-free cartwheel. This is in addition to my usual group of flexibility, handstands, aerial silks, and conditioning work. But being able to do a back flip will be so cool!
I may need some prodding to make sure I do whatever exercises I end up needing to do to strengthen the muscles used in the flip, as well as continued practice to ensure I don't lose it. Anyone want to support me on this crazy quest?
